There are perhaps as many different ways to market your business as there are people who’ve joined. The key is to find what works for you.
Your primary job is to find people to talk to and invite them to an opportunity meeting/webinar and your website.
Many different strategies are presented here and many others discussed in our online training meetings. There are also suggested marketing methods discussed in the training areas of our individual business opportunities and in the training areas of some of our marketing tools. You should spend some time exploring all those and find the method that fits your personality best.
You do not need to use ALL of the tools here, but only use the ones you’re comfortable with and those that fit YOUR marketing plan. I do suggest you use as many of them as you can, however… just remember you don’t need to do everything at once.
Pick one new tool a week and develop it before moving on to the next.
Some of these tools also provide an income opportunity so you can also develop your multiple streams of income.
NOTE: Because some of these are income opportunities, you want to check with your sponsor or upline before enrolling to see if they are involved in the particular opportunity you’re interested in. You would then want to enroll below them to keep your genealogy intact.
Web pages and Blogs
One of my personally preferred marketing strategies is to create web pages and blogs targeting different groups. In fact, I believe having a blog is crucial to your online success. Using the recommended GVO hosting plans, it is possible to have multiple blogs in addition to lead capture pages and more.
Once I’ve created the targeted web pages with forms attached for capturing leads, they are submitted to search engines for indexing and I simply drive traffic to those sites and follow up with those that respond.
Blogs are sweeping the Internet and provide a simple to publish web presence – it’s as easy as typing an email.

Splash Pages, Squeeze Pages, and Lead Capture
I recommend creating many of these types of powerful web pages connected with an autoresponder, each targeting different segments of the population. You’ll find examples of these you can use in your business back office areas, or create your own with tools from GVO. Don’t overlook the fact that you can easily create blogs that act as a squeeze page instead of the traditional blog journal. There is an abundance of online training on creating your own and promoting them in GVO Academy.

Traffic Exchange Sites
Traffic Exchanges are a wonderful resource for locating “existing home-based business owners” and a simple way to promote your web pages. I have included many of the Traffic Exchanges I use and recommend on my team support blog.

Safe Lists vs. Credit Based List Builders
I don’t necessarily care for the traditional safe list as they don’t generate many leads or sales. Credit Based List Builders, on the other hand, have been very effective for our team and I highly recommend you learn how to use them. These systems allow you to leverage somebody else’s list as you build your own.
