Can anybody tell me what's wrong with this picture?
Recently one of my down line became a bit disgruntled because nobody had signed up yet, in almost 2 months.
I asked: 'What are your goals for your eBusiness?' The person answered "To make a LOT of MONEY!" I said, 'How much Money and by When?' To which I was told "I haven't really given that much thought to the specifics — I just want to make LOTS of Money as quickly as possible."
Then I asked: 'How much time have you scheduled each day, each week, and each month to work your business? And is that amount of time REALISTIC in relation to you other responsibilities?' To which I was answered: "I give it all the time I can, when I get to it. It's just really hard to get to it, because I have so many other really important things going on in my life. I do get to it whenever I can and I spend as much time as I can on it."
Then I asked: "Do you ever 'go to your job' whenever you get to it? Or, do you show up when the boss expects you to be there?" The answer was silence, GEE.
Then I asked: "You have a household budget, right?" The answer was "Of Course."
Then I asked: "What is your monthly budget for running your eBusiness, and is it realistic to what you have to work with overall?" To which I was told "I haven't got to that part yet, of figuring out a budget. I just spend what I can, but right now I have a LOT of other expenses that take priority in my life."
The person's final summary went something like: "All I know is that I'm not making the kind of money I was expecting from this business, and I want to know how much I can expect to make and how soon."
What's wrong with this picture, folks?
Can anybody help me here, and answer the question… "How much can I expect to make and how soon?"
