TopSurfer

I really like TopSurfer as a Traffic Exchange and more. Besides the normal surfing for credits with a good 1:1 ratio of ads surfed to my ads displayed, TopSurfer has several ways you can accelerate your accumulation of credits.

You will receive in your email inbox solo ads sent by other members that will include a link you can click on to earn 5 advertising credits.
When you log in to your TopSurfer member area, you'll want to read the newsletter, and collect 10 credits for doing so.
The newsletter also contains many ads by members where you can earn 2 credits for each link that you click on. There is also a chance you might win 500 – 1000 advertising credits when viewing these newsletter ads.

Here is a great advertising opportunity…
TopSurfer offers a solo ad option you can purchase to send your ad to it's active members. I recently purchased a solo ad sent to approximately 27,000 members for $39. Within hours of the ad being released, I had 41 subscribers added to my 10 Years Of Traffic site, 8 new members in New Rich Report, and 3 new referrals into GVO.

All in all… not a bad return on my $39 investment.

And, don't overlook this important fact…
These members of TopSurfer who received my solo ad ARE Internet marketers or people with an online business trying to earn income that have double opted-in to receive emails. And, they are much more responsive than the more generic business opportunity leads you might purchase for $.005 each elsewhere. The solo ad is almost like purchasing 27,000 leads for $.001 apiece. And, you're saving boatloads of time because you're not having to load all those leads into a mass mailer program or sending batches of emails through Gmail or other mailing system. Much more effective and efficient use of time and money resources.

What's Your Time Worth?
Another thing to consider when using a Traffic Exchange is the time spent surfing sites that generate credits. The minimum time per site viewed on TopSurfer to generate a credit is 15 seconds. That means you can, at best, generate 4 credits per minute or 240 credits per hour.

You might want to compare that with an upgraded wholesale membership to the site which will cost $10 per month. You get 1,500 advertising credits each month with your paid membership, which is equivalent to over 6 hours of your time, or costing you about $1.66 an hour. How would you like to outsource the work to somebody else for $1.66 an hour? When you upgrade your TopSurfer account, it's somewhat equivalent to hiring somebody for $1.66 an hour to generate traffic to your web site.

As a paid member, you can also buy additional ad credits for 50% off. For example, and additional 6,000 ad credits would cost you $21 – that's another 24 hours you're outsourcing for only 88 cents an hour! Combined with your $10 monthly membership, that's 7,500 ad credits (equivalent to 30 hours work at $1.03/hr.) Are you beginning to see the benefit here?
