It can be downloaded and used completely free of charge for any purpose.

2. Use Google Docs to work on your files online.
Google Docs is a free web-based word processor and spreadsheet, which allow you share and collaborate online. Import your existing documents, spreadsheets and presentations, or create new ones from scratch. All you need is a Web browser. Your documents, spreadsheets and presentations are stored securely online. Invite people to your documents and make changes together, at the same time.
