Hot Conference Payments

You must setup how you want commissions paid to you. You may choose to be
paid by check or Paypal. You have 30 days to claim all unclaimed
commissions. Commissions are paid on the 15th of every month for the
previous months earnings and the minimum payout amount is $20, so anything
less will accumulate to the next month. There is a check processing fee of
$2. To setup commission payment methods login to your Hot Conference back
office and go to MY ACCOUNT.

If you are unsure as to whether you have your commissions setup correctly
please send a support ticket through your helpdesk in your hot conference
back office and the support staff will respond.

For those of you on the 30 day trial or for Subscription Changes…
When you first register through the $1- 30 day trial option, the system
defaults to the 5 room package after 30 days. If you want to have your 30
day trial roll into a different package you need to change your
subscription. To change your Hot Conference subscription package, login to
your Hot Conference back office and go to the Help Desk and put in a ticket
letting them know that you want a subscription change and indicate what you
want it changed to. You may also do this at any time should your needs
change.
