Duplicatable System

As I mentioned in my previous post, it’s important to have a duplicatable system that anyone can follow to ensure their success in a home based business opportunity. After logging in to my Follow Our Lead team web site, I clicked on the 30-day Taking Action Program, a step-by-step training course available to everyone on the team.

This training does not overwhelm you with everything all at once, rather drips a new lesson for you to take each day for 30 days. Besides an introduction to the Follow Our Lead team, it shows you steps you should take to get your "Follow Our Lead" System setup and how to get more help and training. Perhaps the most important step at this point was to join the Team Communication Yahoo Group.

I also spent time today getting more familiar with the income programs offered by the Follow Our Lead team. I logged in to my back office for Leaders Club and began reading the training and resources they offer.
