Zipped Audio Recordings

Derek has recorded and posted most of our Monday night training meetings for you to listen to at your convenience. You will find many of the recordings in your FOL team backoffice.

The files have been saved in a compressed ZIP file and you'll first need to download the file you want to listen to onto your computer and then unzip it.

There is a many different programs you can use to unzip the files, including:

WinZip program for managing your ZIP files. It is free to use, but you'll need to buy it if you want to use it long term.
• Another FREE Zip program called JustZipIt that will cost you nothing can be downloaded at http://www.topshareware.com/JustZIPit-download-7110.htm
• ALZip is a free zip/unzip utility available at www.altools.com. Click on the links to ALZip. It's not shareware or a demo and is fully functional.
